(1) In the execution of the main agreement (Annex 1), it is necessary for the subcontractor to deal with personal data for which the client is responsible for the processing, in accordance with Article 4, paragraph 7, of the RGPD (hereafter referred to as “customer data”). This agreement contains provisions, in particular the data protection rights and obligations of the parties, which relate to the subcontractor`s handling of customer data for the purpose of executing the main contract. Customer data – all personal data that the customer is responsible for processing and that is transmitted to the processor for processing. Even with the controller`s prior written consent, the processor is not allowed to produce copies or duplicates of the customer`s data, except for data backup and cluster technology.
